  Payment
Credit Cards - We accept the major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with brite-lite.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. We only ship to your Credit Card Statement Address for security reasons. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may cancel your order.
Off-Line -You may also order off-line and make payment by check or money order (Canadian funds) by printing a completed order form and sending to the above address.

  Shipping
brite-lite.com utilizes least cost shipping methods such as UPS and the Postal Service. Orders are shipped within 7 business days or less. We will notify you of any exceptions. brite-lite.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

  Guarantee & Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. You may return items within 30 days of delivery in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging to the address above after you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You will receive a credit (less shipping and handling charges which are not refundable) for your return upon inspection. If you find that the product is defective, email us at   defective  for AUTHORIZATION to return product for replacement. For questions about a return, email us at:   Request for Return.  No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 business days of obtaining the RMA number.

  Damage
All shipments must be claimed against the carrier if they incur damage during shipping and reported to us via email:  damage  within 3 days of receipt.  Always inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
