  • Shipping & Delivery

    All freight terms are "F.O.B. Shipping our Warehouse". Brite-Lite utilizes least cost shipping methods such as UPS, Postal Service and other carriers.
    Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days or less if all items in the order are available.
    We will notify you of any exceptions.
    Brite-Lite does not ship on Saturday and Sunday or Statutory Holidays
    Eco Fees (taxes) will be charged after receipt of order where applicable.
    Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    All shipments are subject to stock availability, price and shipping costs.
    Flat Rate shipping charges only applies to internet sales and does not apply to any branch shipping.
    Flat Rate shipping charges do not apply to all products offered on the website. We reserve the right to refuse the flat rate change on any orders with the certain products listed on the order. You will be advise immediately of any freight rate changes before shipping.
    All orders will be reviewed prior to processing and the customer will be advised immediately of any pricing or shipping errors and then given the option of processing the order with the revisions or a full refund.

  • Limited Warranty

    The warranty and return policy for all products sold are provided by the original equipment manufacturer and/or supplier. All products sold by Brite-Lite Lighting and Electrical Distributors are warranted only to the extent of the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty.
    Products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy.
    Any part which is determined by Brite-Lite to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to a Brite-Lite branch, shipping costs prepaid, will be repaired or replaced, at Brite-Lite's sole option, as the Buyer’s exclusive remedy.

  • Returns & Replacements

    You may return items within 14 days of delivery in re-sellable condition (not hard wired and or installed) and in its original packaging to the address shipped from only after you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will not accept any merchandise returned without an approved (RMA).
    All returned shipments must be prepaid to the location of origin. When shipping an item, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Upon inspection, you will receive a credit (less shipping and handling charges which are not refundable) for your return. A 30% restocking fee will apply on all returns with the exception of warranty claims.
    Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed less the freight charges and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
    Clearance Center products marked "Clearance Price" are all FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

  • Orders

    Orders are only binding upon Brite-Lite's acceptance and approval of pricing and shipping prices. Brite-Lite reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

  • Payment

    We use PayPal to process all payments which is highly secure. No PayPal account is required by the customers to process payments on our site. PayPal uses industry-leading technology SSL to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits which is the highest level commercially available.

  • Government Rebates

    Government rebates are not available on our online store, but will only be available at local participating branches.

  • Pricing

    All pricing provided is available only on the Shopping Cart and may vary at our store locations. Pricing does not include shipping and handling, duties, brokerage, Eco fees or sales taxes, if applicable. We will notify you if your order includes shipping or items that were incorrectly priced. Prices subject to change without notice. While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. Eco fees will be added after receipt of order where applicable (additional costs will apply).

  • Viewing Online Orders

    It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit My Account online and sign in with your ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

  • Updating Account Information

    To change your account information, click on “my account” at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “ACCOUNT INFORMATION".
